Client Service Coordinator

Handsfree Group, a nationwide vehicle technology installation provider, is now hiring a part-time position for Client Services Coordinator.  The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for the daily scheduling and support of installation projects, acting as liaison between clients and our Field Service Technicians, and handling routine operational duties.

Candidates for this position must have strong communications skills, superior customer service abilities, effective time-management, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Job Duties:

  • Handle various aspects of the scheduling duties for clients including job acceptance, entry, coordinating, and fulfillment
  • Provide exceptional customer service while balancing the needs of the company
  • Provide product and system support and handle any daily operational issues regarding the installation projects
  • Work very closely with our national network of field installers
  • Develop relationships with clients
  • Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests for service or equipment. 
  • Communicate directly with site contacts to complete job-close and confirm satisfaction
  • Ensure that services are provided in the time frame promised to the customer, and that the quality and completion of the work performed meets or exceeds the company standards
  • Maintain appropriate levels of communication with the customer to ensure that the customer is well-informed before, during and after service engagements

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills including phone and e-mail correspondence
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience working with job management systems is a plus.
  • Clean criminal background and clean drug screen

The Client Services Coordinator position is a hourly, part-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 9am-4pm.  As a rapidly growing company, this position has the potential to become full-time, salaried employment.  Handsfree offers many promotional opportunities with this position and within the organization.
